My Background

Having grown up in Hong Kong, attended high school in the UK, and now pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University in the US, each of these experiences have played a pivotal role in shaping my identity, giving me a broad, global perspective and a deep appreciation for different cultures and approaches to problem-solving.

These experiences have also enabled me to adapt to different environments, fueling my passion for meeting new people as well as collaborating with those from diverse backgrounds. This has strengthened my ability to work effectively in teams and approach problems from multiple angles.

My passion for engineering comes from a curiosity about how things work and a drive to create innovative solutions to real-world problems. I enjoy blending creativity with technical expertise to transform ideas into tangible outcomes. For me, it’s not just about solving problems—it’s about crafting impactful innovations that have the potential to improve lives and shape the future.
